40 Christmas Activities for Toddlers – Blogmas Day 15

It’s Day 15 of Blogmas! As a family, we’ve been stuck indoors a lot as of late. The air is getting colder, there are a few flakes flying and frankly, little man has been a bit sniffly. Trying to keep a 20-month-old amused in a two bedroom apartment can be trying. So, I’ve done some searching and have found some fun Christmas activities for toddlers!

Being our first child, every stage with him is obviously new to us as parents. We conquered the newborn stage, then the baby stage, now, we’re into the toddler stage. Just when we started figuring out the baby stage, we get a whole new set of needs, wants and things. Whoever said that parenthood isn’t work, clearly didn’t have kids. It’s a job that never has a manual and you’re always flying by the seat of your pants.

Mr. P is busier than ever. His speech is developing like crazy. I honestly feel like he’s learning a new word every day. It’s blowing mine and my husband’s minds. He problem solves all on his own and learns new things so quickly.

Since we’ve been fairly confined to home lately. Either by weather or for other reasons. I felt like I needed to jump on the Pinterest machine and find some toddler activities. Especially Christmas activities for toddlers. Why? Because who doesn’t love a homemade gift from a child? Or, just the fun of knowing you made that toy they haven’t put down for the past hour. Okay, that may be a bit much. 15 minutes.

Whether it’s weather, or if it’s a cold keeping you inside. These Christmas activities for toddlers will bring you and your little one(s) some seasonal excitement for weeks to come.

With a list this big, obviously, not all of the crafts and activities couldn’t be put on the infographic. So scroll through and make sure to save this post for later by sharing to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or your bookmarks!

Don’t want to make something from scratch? No worries! I’ve found some really fun craft kits that have done all of the prep work for you! No trip to the dollar store needed. Which frankly ends up costing way more than you initially planned for anyway. These fun kits are a great way to spend time with your little(s).

  1. Hey Chick! This is an epic list! Thanks so much. 🙂 I was looking for some great blogmas content to share on my blog too (I’ve added in this post, hope that’s ok), but with a 2 year old myself – I really appreciate your roundup of things to do for them!! 🙂 We’re in summer here, but it gets so hot the kids can’t go out most of the holidays – so idea’s of things to do are like gold around here!!

Cheers, and Merry Christmas to you and yours. x
